Return & Refund Policy

At 2WayRadioHub, we're committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a clear, customer-friendly process for returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 50 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Returns due to product dissatisfaction or ordering errors are accepted, provided the above condition is met.

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our support team at service@2wayradiohub.com. In your email, include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to place the order

  • Photo proof that the product is unopened (for customer-initiated returns)

We'll respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for 10% of the item's price as return shipping and handling.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for your return.

Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email in the package. Alternatively, clearly write your order number on the outside of the box using large, legible letters or a printed label.


Return & Refund Processing Timeline

Refund transfer to account 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

You will be notified by email at each step of the process.
If the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria, you will be informed and given the option to pay for return shipping or authorize disposal.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • We cannot cancel or refund orders that are already in transit or delivered.

To request a cancellation, email service@2wayradiohub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The email address used for the order

If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will then be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
