However, customer service was very helpful. I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they quickly assisted me in pairing all four radios without any issues. The only thing I still need to figure out is how to properly name each radio within the system. As a first-time user of this type of global PTT radio, I can say it has been a very good experience so far. Overall, it’s a solid and useful communication tool with responsive support.
